CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 The order sent through the online forms by the customer represents an offer addressed to “CARNE E BOTTEGA-RACCAGNI” aimed at concluding a sales contract, under the conditions indicated therein as well as in compliance with these General Conditions of Sale which, with the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer undertakes to observe in relations with “CARNE E BOTTEGA-RACCAGNI”
Therefore, with the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer confirms that he is aware of and accepts the General Conditions of sale and that he has received the additional information which can always be consulted on the site. It is mandatory for the Customer to provide the company VAT number or the Tax Code during the compilation of the personal data. Orders that are incomplete and / or contain errors cannot be considered for the purpose indicated in this article.

3.1 All public prices are inclusive of VAT and all products on our website are actually available at our headquarters
The shipment will always be accounted for with a regular accompanying invoice and / or other equivalent document.

CASE OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the event that the delivered goods should show defects:
– the same can be returned to CARNE E BOTTEGA RACCAGNI within 7 days of delivery.
– the shipping and packaging costs for returning the shipment are borne by CARNE E BOTTEGA RACCAGNI
– the defective goods will be returned or refunded (in case they are out of stock) by CARNE E BOTTEGA RACCAGNI.
